Welcome! I’m Amanda “Mandy” Walsh, also known as Mandy The Real Estate Broker — a lifelong learner, entrepreneur, traveler, and lover of all things home, business, travel and beauty.

What started as a bold leap into real estate at 19 turned into a 21+ year journey of building businesses, mentoring others, and creating a life filled with purpose and adventure.

Meet Mandy:

Amanda M. Walsh also known as “Mandy The Real Estate Broker” has spent more than 21 years growing in the real estate industry through innovation, mentorship, and leadership. As the Founder and Broker/Owner of AMW Real Estate, established in 2010, Amanda leads a boutique, multi-state brokerage built on the belief that agents thrive when they’re supported, educated, and empowered to grow their own brands.

The AMW Real Estate Family has expanded across Virginia, North Carolina, and Florida, helping buyers, sellers, and investors while maintaining a strong focus on property management and builder partnerships. Mandy’s forward-thinking approach embraces technology, creative marketing, and personalized mentorship giving agents the tools to scale and clients the confidence to succeed.
Deeply involved in volunteer leadership, Mandy has served in several leadership roles within her Local, State & National REALTOR Associations, BNI Chapters and 4 different PTA’s. Mandy currently serves as President-Elect for the Virginia Peninsula Association of REALTORS®, The 1st Vice President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Virginia 2025 & 2026, Secretary of the York County PTA, Member of the Supervisory Committee for Langley Federal Credit Union, Member of The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Idea Exchange Council for Brokers Council Region 3 Representative and as a Women’s Council of REALTORS® Technology Committee Member.
Mandy is known for her authentic leadership and “agents-first” philosophy, she continues to build a culture where education, collaboration, and innovation meet opportunity. She is also the host of the podcast Let’s Talk Business, Marketing and Words of Wisdom.
Mandy is a mom of 2 daughters and has spent her entire life in Hampton Roads as a product of the Air Force she jokes. Her parents were both stationed at Langley AFB. She has lived on both the Peninsula (Hampton/Yorktown) and Southside (Norfolk) which has given her the unique perspective of the Hampton Roads Area. Mandy also spends time at her home in Hutchinson Island, Florida and most recently is exploring the Tampa Bay Area of Florida.
