Amanda M. Walsh otherwise known as "Mandy The Real Estate Broker" has spent her entire career, of 20 years, gaining experience and expertise in the world of real estate. Amanda prides herself on constantly pioneering new technology to ensure her marketing techniques are second to none. This is evidenced by her ever-increasing business, the dynamic portfolio of investment properties entrusted to her management, and her valued reputation among her peers, associates and clientele. She is the Broker/Owner of AMW Real Estate or AMWRE. Est. 2010. She is dually licensed in Virginia & Florida.
AMW Real Estate is a boutique brokerage that offers personalized service to its clients. The company currently consists of 20+ team members representing buyers & sellers plus assist military relocations, first-time home buyers and property management clients with all of their real estate needs! AMWRE has been voted Best of in the Real Estate Category for 7 years in a row!
Amanda is constantly educating herself to better serve her clients & associates. They always receive the most up-to-date information on local real estate trends, along with current and future factors that may affect real estate investments and sales.
She is also active with state and local real estate associations and holds peer-elected positions to ensure she is at the forefront when new information is introduced. Currently, she serves on the Professional Development Committee 2015-2024 for the Virginia REALTORS® and Virginia Peninsula Association of Realtors (VPAR) as a Director (2015-2016, 2021-2024). She prides herself in her volunteer work, as these positions also enable her to shape and encourage the local real estate industry towards a better future. She is the Chair of the Property Management and Leasing Council for the Hampton Roads REALTOR Association in 2024. Likewise, she currently serves as the 2023/2024 Local President of Women's Council of REALTORS, Coastal Virginia.
In 2023 Amanda was awarded REALTOR at the Virginia Peninsula Association of REALTORS.
Hampton Roads has always been Amanda's home. She has lived on both the Peninsula (Hampton/Yorktown) and Southside (Norfolk) which has given her the unique perspective of the area and helping her clients choose the best location for their new home.
Amanda’s 2nd home is Hutchinson Island, Florida, where she is a Real Estate Broker with The Keys Company.
